Oxford Town Hall isn’t just a standard Oxfordshire conference venue. From the moment you step into our stunning Victorian lobby you will be immersed in the rich history of this beautiful building and its importance to Oxford city, both in the past and the present. The walls of Oxford Town Hall may be Victorian but we are very much in the 21st Century with free Wi-Fi throughout the building, up to date technology, as well as resources and equipment to assist you during your time with us.

With flexible hourly rates, our conference venue in the centre of Oxford can accommodate all your needs whether that’s for an afternoon seminar with dinner and drinks, through to large conferences or lectures for up to 700 people. Main Hall

Impress your guests by booking this spectacular Oxfordshire conference venue, the Main Hall at Oxford Town Hall. With its vast domed ceiling adorned with intricate mouldings, beautiful balconies and the expansive stage, the Main Hall is the ideal space for conferences, lectures or seminars of up to 500 people. With free Wi-Fi throughout the building, the Main Hall also offers a PA system, rear projection and screen, staging extensions and an impressive Father Willis organ.

Does Oxford Town Hall have any allocated parking?

Oxford Town Hall is located in the centre of this historic city and there is unfortunately no allocated parking for visitors. However, all Park and Ride bus stops and various car parks are located nearby, with Oxford train station just a short walk away.

Are there any accommodation options to stay at Oxford Town Hall? 

Oxford Town Hall doesn’t have any accommodation due to the age and purpose of the building. Our sales and events team will be happy to recommend local hotels of varying budgets.

What is the capacity for each room? 

Each room description includes the maximum capacity figures. The sizes of our rooms vary hugely with numbers from 43 to 500.

Is Oxford Town Hall accessible for all users? 

Our Oxfordshire conference venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. All PA systems include induction loops for the hearing impaired.

As all of our rooms are located close to each other you are able to move freely between them if you book multiple rooms. Why not hold your conference in one of our fully equipped conference rooms and then move to another room for lunch or drinks and dinner afterwards?
