As soon as you step off the street into our beautiful Victorian lobby you will see the true beauty of the building, its rich history and importance to Oxford city. Although the walls may be Victorian, our technologies are very much in the 21st Century with free Wi-Fi throughout the building, as well as equipment and resources on hand.
Our 13 versatile meeting rooms in the centre of Oxford are available to hire on a flexible hourly rate. They cater to all requirements, whether that’s for a meeting for just a handful of people with an intimate dinner afterwards, through to larger gatherings of up to 700 people in the Main Hall. Main Hall
The spectacular Main Hall is a truly fantastic meeting space. This breath-taking room is vast, and suitable for large meetings, conferences, or lectures of up to 500 people. It has a PA system, rear projection and screen, staging extensions and an impressive Father Willis organ.

Assembly Room

Old Library

Council Chamber
Our magnificent Council Chamber is much more than just a standard meeting room in Oxford. Its rich history is apparent with numerous oil paintings adorning the wood panelled walls, and hand carved traditional fixed bench seating for up to 106 people.
