Steeped in history, Oxford Town Hall isn’t a standard meeting room venue. As soon as you step off the street into our beautiful Victorian lobby you will see the true beauty of the building, its rich history and importance to Oxford city. Although the walls may be Victorian, our technologies are very much in the 21st Century with free Wi-Fi throughout the building, as well as equipment and resources on hand.

Our 13 versatile meeting rooms in the centre of Oxford are available to hire on a flexible hourly rate. They cater to all requirements, whether that’s for a meeting for just a handful of people with an intimate dinner afterwards, through to larger gatherings of up to 700 people in the Main Hall. Our dedicated and professional Sales & Events Team will work with you to create a successful and productive event in our Oxford meeting rooms.

Whether you require a meeting room for training or a board meeting, an exhibition or a networking event, we are certain to have a room that meets your capacity and layout needs. Our 10 meeting rooms and three event rooms offer a combination of boardroom, theatre and cabaret/dining layouts alongside competitive and flexible pricing. Main Hall

The spectacular Main Hall is a truly fantastic meeting space. This breath-taking room is vast, and suitable for large meetings, conferences, or lectures of up to 500 people. It has a PA system, rear projection and screen, staging extensions and an impressive Father Willis organ.

Is there any parking at Oxford Town Hall?

As the Town Hall is situated in the heart of a historic city, there is unfortunately no parking allocated to visitors. However, we are close to all Park and Ride bus stops and there a number of car parks located around the city centre, with the main train station just a short walk or taxi ride away.

Are we able to book accommodation at Oxford Town Hall?

Oxford Town Hall doesn’t have any accommodation on site due to the nature of the venue. Our sales and events team can recommend a range of accommodation to suit your budget.

How many guests can each room cater for?
