A book of condolence is open in the Long Room of Oxford Town Hall. It will be open 9am – 5pm on weekdays, 10am – 5pm on Saturdays. If leaving flowers, please unwrap them from any packaging and leave them outside County Hall in New Road. More information: http://oxford.gov.uk
